Per state law, a public hearing notice is mailed to property owners within 200 feet of the property for which a zoning change and/or variance is being requested at least ten (10) days prior to the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.
The notice indicates the requested change and location for the application. In addition, a courtesy notice is mailed out to Murphy property owners within 500 feet of the subject property.
