Overview
The Planning & Zoning Commission is the primary advisory board to the City Council on development issues. These land use matters include rezoning requests, ordinance revisions, approving subdivision plats, comprehensive planning, tree preservation, and other issues regarding new growth and existing development in the City.
The Commission comprises seven members and two alternates appointed by the City Council. Commission members serve two-year staggered terms.
