Residential Customers - for initial setup, please call or email Republic Services Customer Service at 
469-443-7020 or email

Republic Services will provide you a unique number to complete the My Resource App setup.

To complete setup:

  • Download app or login via web
  • Create Account sign in
  • Verify email address to complete registration. Republic will send you an email with a link to complete this process.
  • You will be requested to provide the service address
  • You will be asked to verify the address. If correct, press “Use Address”
  • The system will then request you enter a Republic Services unique number - provided by Republic Services
  • Select link account
