Republic Services Observed Holiday and Collection Schedule:

Republic Services observes 6 holidays during the year:  New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.  Please see the schedule below to see if service will be changed due to a holiday.

Service Delay Update - January 27, 2026

Due to the weather, solid waste and recycling collection routes have been delayed this week.  Below is the latest update and collection schedule:

Monday's missed route - cancelled for this week

Tuesday's missed route - cancelled for this week

Wednesday's route  will be collected on Thursday, January 29th

Thursday's route will be collected on Friday, January 30th

Friday's route will be collected on Saturday, January 31st

Republic is aware that the Monday and Tuesday routes will be double collections next week, so any extra bags outside the bins will be collected to ensure all trash is picked up.




2026

New Year's Day, Thursday, January 1st – services for Thursday/Friday route will shift 1 day - collection will conclude on Saturday

Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th – services will shift 1 day - all week - collection will conclude on Saturday

Independence Day, Saturday, July 4th – Holiday falls on a weekend - no service disruption 

Labor Day, Monday, September 7th - services will shift 1 day – all week – collection will conclude on Saturday

Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26th – services for Thursday/Friday route will shift 1 day – collection will conclude on Saturday

Christmas Day, Friday, December 25th – Friday route - service will shift 1 day - collection will conclude on Saturday.   Republic Services will pick up Christmas trees at the curb. If the tree is flocked please wrap tree in plastic before placing it out at the curb.
