The “Murphy Way” is a set of core values that city employees strive to model in their service delivery to our residents and to each other. These values were created by employees through a series of employee-led meetings with a 94% participation rate. The suggested values were then ranked and consolidated into one set of values: Respectful, Trustworthy, Professional, and Friendly.
