The City of Mur­phy will accept sealed Requests for Proposal (RFP) for: 


Medical/Rx, Den­tal, Vision, Life/AD&D, Voluntary Life/AD&D, LTD, Voluntary Benefits for STD, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Gap, EAP, Consumer Accounts for Med­ical Line of Credit/FSA/HRA/HSA/COBRA Admin­istration, Legal & ID Theft, Em­ployee Advocacy Services, and Pet Insurance. 


RFPs will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. CST on Wednesday, June 12, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened. 


Proposals must be submitted by mail and clearly marked on the envelope:

“City of Murphy Bid: RFP #25-HR-5-1 for Employee Benefits”
