The usual cause of not having water is non-payment of a utility bill. Please contact Utility Billing at (972) 468-4100 for payment and reconnection information. If Utility Billing determines that service was not disconnected for non-payment or discontinued service, that office will dispatch a crew to determine the cause of the water delivery problem.
