MURPHY, Texas (May 7, 2024) - Nothing kicks off summer better than music, and in Murphy it’s in no short supply! Our traditional concert series will have everything you love with a few new twists. So mark your calendars now for every Friday-night in June at Murphy Central Park! All four concerts will be from different musical genres, and patrons are highly encouraged to dress the part! Giveaways will be paired by concert theme! The number of giveaways per concert will vary, but at least the first 200 guests will receive one!

To kick things off on June 7th (just before the show), the Texas Music Project will donate a Taylor guitar on behalf of Blurry Paige to the Collin College Advocacy Center’s music program! Be sure to dress in your best rock attire and chill out with a hand fan giveaway.

There ain’t no mountain high enough to keep me from being at the June 14th concert featuring DFW’s premier Motown Band: Memphis Soul. Step back into the days of The Temptations, Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder. Channel your inner Diana Ross and the Supremes and dress to impress in your 60's best. Be sure to arrive early to get your vinyl record coaster giveaway!

Wear your favorite snapback and cowboy boots to enjoy Like Combs on June 21st. It’s going to be a Beautiful Crazy night with red solo (party) cup giveaway. Be sure to come early to snag a good spot!

Wrapping things up is Emerald City Band on June 28th. Get into the fun by wearing all white and grab your foam glowstick to really amp up the party!

To get the commemorative t-shirt, attendees must take a picture with the backdrop (at least 3 concerts) and show staff in order to receive their shirt. Follow us on social media for more insider tips and concert information!

For all concerts: the food court truck will open at 7pm, music will begin at 8pm, and the splash pad shuts off at 8pm. Refillable water bottles, lawn chairs, blankets, sun block and bug spray are highly encouraged, however, please keep in mind no glass is allowed.

We’ll see you soon at Murphy Central Park Amphitheater! RECreate Murphy before the show with volleyball, basketball, gaga ball and more. Umbrellas and other sunshades standing over 3-feet should be lowered at the start of the music. Free parking is available at the Murphy North PSA lot and other City Hall spaces.
