Billing Date Changes
It has come to our attention that the billing statements for zone 3 customers that processed on September 7th may have shown a past-due balance due to the transition to one billing zone. Please be assured that this outstanding balance is not past due and there are no penalties associated with this balance. The outstanding balance is due September 13th and the current charges only are due September 28th. If you are an autopay customer, these individual balances will draft on the expected dates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact customer service for any further assistance at customerservice@murphytx.org or by calling 972-468-4100. We are currently experiencing a higher call volume than normal. Please leave a voicemail, if a customer service representative is unable to take your call. All phone calls are returned the same day if received by 3 pm.
Use the map to find your zone then click on the corresponding tab below.
